The Field Service Representative (FSR) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in Southwestern Ontario and will be supporting a territory around that region including northern Ontario. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Field Service Representative team and report to the Canada Central District manager responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. The FSR uses critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation. FSRs also provide training to our customers, verify the operational performance of the instrumentation, and data quality of systems ensuring we provide the most accurate results in the marketplace.

Physical requirements include frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, crouching/crawling, pushing/pulling, and prolonged sitting or standing. Must also be able to reach at, above, and below shoulder level, flex/extend the neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity.
