Responsibilities for ERP consultant Actively build and maintain a depth of product knowledge in the designated product areas (continuous learning) Build and maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products Ensure that our solutions meet/exceed the customer’s needs Research and provide answers to product related queries raised by Sales teams Assisting sales and RFI/RFP supporting teams on technical aspects of the product suite Understand customer’s business objectives and deliver template and custom demonstrations to address these requirements, highlighting at all times the business value of the solution Share business strengths and value according to customer needs and business objectives, and translate requirements into system requirements and configurations Adhere to team and organizational process setup Document business requirements and processes Guide client through contract negotiation SAP SD professionals design, implement and deploy SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distribution relative to Pricing and billing and Customer Service component.

We are looking for candidates with strong domain expertise and business advisory experience, who can demonstrate their ability to coach and enable our sales teams. The ideal candidates will have built the experience we need from their role as a Business Consultant, advising clients on transformational strategies and modern business practices – specializing in of HCM, Office of the CFO, Supply Chain / Logistics.
Act as subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management Solutions, including but not limited to workflow and operational questions as they arise during the sales process. Participate in and staff product areas for trade shows and product fairs. Provide presentations to sales, customers and prospects on ERP/strategic supply sourcing solutions. Collect, prioritize and deliver to product management, customer enhancement and issues lists from data collected during presale and sales activities.
