Are you a results-driven digital marketer ready to own the demand engine for a B2B organization? We have partnered with a client in the Technology space to help them with a search for a high-impact Demand Generation Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of multi-channel strategies that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and directly accelerate sales pipeline growth.
You will be the vital link between marketing and sales, using your expertise in digital channels and campaign optimization to drive continuous performance improvement. Given that this role involves some client-facing interactions, success requires not only deep technical marketing skill but also exceptional relationship-building, communication, and a proactive, customer-success mindset.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, lead, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid search (PPC), paid social (Google Ads, Linked In Ads), email, and display advertising to maximize inbound lead volume and quality.
- Funnel Management & Nurturing: Drive qualified Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This includes managing marketing automation/CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalents) and developing nurture programs to re-engage cold leads.
- Sales Alignment & ICP: Work closely with the Sales team and Business Manager to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), refine lead scoring models, and ensure seamless follow‑up processes.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external partners (including some design work) to develop high‑converting assets, landing pages, and compelling messaging.
- Budget & Calendar Oversight: Manage campaign calendars, control budgets efficiently, and track performance against ROI targets.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Implement robust A/B testing and continuous optimization across targeting, ad copy, and workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced professional with strong B2B experience who can seamlessly blend marketing expertise with client-facing skills.
Requirements
- Marketing Depth: 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven focus on lead generation and demand creation.
- Digital Expertise: Demonstrated ability to run, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, PPC, paid social, and email).
- Content Creation: This role will require some copywriting abilities, as well as basic graphic design skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands‑on proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pardot). Strong experience in MS Office, and a familiarity with project management tools like is an asset.
- Analytical Power: Strong ability to interpret complex data, monitor key metrics (CPL, conversion rates, marketing-sourced revenue), and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Customer & Sales Focus: Previous experience in a customer service, sales, account management, or related client‑facing role, demonstrating superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills, would be an asset.
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or telematics sectors, is an asset.
- Results-oriented, proactive mindset, and a positive team player personality.
