Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Analyst II – UC Technical Services Coordinator will maintain the successful operation of departmental digital infrastructures, including Microsoft Office Power Automate, Teams Room Environments, Digital Signage Program, and Facility Services applications. The role will support the digital environment for University Centre operations, focus on continuous development to streamline services and processes, and ensure all systems are functional, operational, and highly available through proactive monitoring, documentation, development, and scheduled maintenance participation.
The Analyst II – UC Technical Services Coordinator works as part of the UC Facility Services team to implement and advance digital technology solutions, providing technical guidance to internal stakeholders such as faculty, staff, students, and external members of the University community. This involves regular interactions to deliver solutions and recommendations for standardized digital technology, equipment, and services. The Coordinator may be required to address urgent or sensitive service requests, using judgement and customer‑service skills to determine immediate solutions or escalation.
When not supporting service needs, the Coordinator will develop and deploy a robust support, maintenance, and service structure within the integrated team to support UC Facility Services and positively impact the broader university community.
The Analyst II – UC Technical Services Coordinator will work on a rotational schedule across multiple areas, engaging in projects with significant impacts within the University Centre and the wider University. They will collaborate with colleagues and leaders from various departments, following established University and departmental guidelines, and assist with managing technology‑related projects on an individual or small team basis.
Requirements• Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience performing similar work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft training certification is an asset.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); strong analytical ability; advanced interpersonal and communication skills; experience learning new systems and data structures quickly and independently; experience in systems training, process evaluation, and operational support.

Target hiring salary for this position is minimum and up to 96% of midpoint for the salary grade.
