Light Duty Commercial Cleaner and Driver Evening

Job Description
Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Guelph. Evening Light Duty cleaning for Monday to Friday with a start time after 4:30pm (approx. 30 hours per week).
Duties and Responsibilities
Must have valid drivers license.
Working with a partner using company provided vehicle and equipment to provide cleaning service to clients as per a weekly schedule.

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONS
There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
