* Job Responsibilities:

** Polycon Industries is hiring for a licenced Industrial Electrician.
** QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:**- Provincial Electricians Ticket (309A or 442-A) - Controls & Automation Technician diploma an asset - Grade 12 English and Math or equivalent - Minimum 5 years experience as an Industrial Electrician with Automation  - Must have strong knowledge of PLCs, robot and HMI programming - Proven experience performing electrical/electronic  troubleshooting of equipment - Must be capable of interpreting and designing electrical schematics - Must have proven ability and experience completing electrical installation work including: control wiring,   conduit, power wiring and mcc work - Demonstrated skill in technical documentation - Proven mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

- Experience with Fanuc, Sepro and ABB Robotics  - Must be computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) - Must be results and team oriented - Must be safety conscious and reliable **
- ** Must have demonstrated good work habits for a period of not less than six months in present job
** MAIN DUTIES:**- PLC, Robot & HMI programming, implementation and troubleshooting - Preventative maintenance of Injection/RIM assembly automation and paint systems - Repair of equipment, modify robot programs when required - Design, verification and maintenance of electrical schematics - Assist in setting up and maintaining programming, electrical component and schematics standards - Assist in proper maintenance of all programming software and application files and programming hardware - General Electrical duties - Completion of all required work orders and associated paperwork - Perform other duties as assigned
