As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly‑crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, working alongside friends and meeting new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way.

• Provide outstanding customer service and prepare beverages to standard recipes.
• Handle cash, maintain store safety, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adapt to store operations, meal service, and other tasks as needed.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, including with reasonable accommodation.
• No prior experience required.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Can follow store operating policies and standards for quality, cash handling, and store safety.
• Effective communicator who can engage customers and respond to their needs.

• Quick learner with strong interpersonal skills.
