Typical workday
- Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.
- Train team members to provide strong customer support, teaching best sales techniques and product knowledge
- Provide customers with a warm welcome, help them find items, answer questions and explain product details
- Coordinate store activities and tasks with management
- Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Share information necessary to achieve joint sales goals
- Mobilize team and create a positive work environment fostering excellence
- Bring vision, mission and brand culture to life, sharing them with the team
- Demonstrate leadership, act as inspiring role model
- Build high‑performance team: recruit, prepare and train next generation employees, source best candidates
- Manage team members' absences/lateness
- Create an attractive, inviting store based on planograms
- Stay on top of competition
- Reflect brand image to build steady, loyal customer base
- Help plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual displays
- Help maintain look and cleanliness of store and backstore
- Analyze sales, in‑store traffic and productivity reports and share results with team
- Open and close store
- Respect and apply policies and procedures of head office departments
- Perform other duties to support team
