Base pay range: CA $21.00/hr - CA $30.00/hr.
AboutThe Role
- Drive an AZ tanker route from Guelph, ON to various locations in Canada and cross‑border to the US.
- Average 1,500-2,000 miles per week.
- Weekly home time and daily logs.
- Compensation includes hourly wages and mileage pay.
- Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 available.
- Drivers average $90k‑$120k per year.

- Ensure health and safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
- Operate tractor‑trailer tanker units.
- Properly load and unload hazardous/non‑hazardous waste, secure loads, and transport them to refinery centers.
- Adhere to weight limits and maximize unit utilization.
- Placard vehicle per company and DOT requirements.
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Class AZ CDL required.
- 12+ months Class AZ experience.
- 3+ months tanker experience.
TDG and tanker endorsements. - Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs+.
- Ability to work from heights.
- Manual transmission (10, 13, 18‑speed) required.
- Valid Canadian passport.
- Valid Canadian Fastcard.
- Willingness to perform cross‑border trips to the US.
- Proficiency with mobile applications and computer software.
