AZ Driver

We are seeking a skilled and professional AZ Driver to join our Transportation team  Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from client sites and other AIM facilities.

Drivers must be able to start and finish their shift from a client premises. Specific site details will be communicated during the interview process.

What you’re responsible for:

• Operating an AZ-class Roll Off Truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Performing manual tarping if necessary
• Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition
• Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation

To join our team:

• You have a valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
• You have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission (required)
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver
• You are physically fit and able to hand tarp 40 and 53yd bins
• You can perform loading and unloading activities as required
• You are familiar with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset)
