The Materials Clerk is responsible for assisting in the tracking, handling and documentation of materials within the facility.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up to date records of inventory levels.
- Assist in performing regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of products.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting and documenting of materials movement.
- Update and maintain standard work instructions for the materials department.
- Update and maintain the purchase order files.
- Complete, file and maintain NAFTA certification.
- College diploma or equivalent. Specialization in supply chain management is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, including inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
