Your new role
You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients-ranging in size and sector-and be the go-to person for their accounts and tax needs. You'll:

• Prepare and submit accounts and tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.
• Communicate with clients across phone, email, social media, and face-to-face-yes, they like to keep it personal.
• Onboard new clients and integrate them into your portfolio smoothly.
• Plan and optimise tax efficiency for clients-because good advice is what keeps them coming back.
• Liaise with HMRC to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to manage your time, your clients, and your outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be ACA, ACCA, or ATT qualified (or equivalent), with at least 5 years of practice experience.

You'll also need:

• Strong communication skills-you'll be client-facing and portfolio-owning.
• The ability to manage your workload without hand-holding.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
