Bookkeeper; Part Time

Position: Bookkeeper (Part Time)
Bookkeeper
* 1 day a week!

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with strong knowledge of Quick Books to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Weekly:
Payroll, bank reconciliations, inputting client and supplier invoices

* Monthly: CIS declarations and payments, HMRC declarations and payments, supplier payments, credit card reconciliations, producing monthly reports from Quick Books

* Quarterly: VAT returns

* Year-End:
Prepare accounts for presentation to our accountants

* General admin tasks including filing and clerical duties

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a bookkeeper

* Excellent knowledge of Quick Books

* Strong skills in Word and Excel

* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Working Hours:

* Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

Salary:

* Competitive, to be agreed
