Our technicians have over 25 years' experience and use specialist diagnostic tools and genuine parts to maintain vehicles to the highest standards. About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You'll carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and mechanical maintenance, with a focus on complex VAG systems including engines, gearboxes, and electrical faults. This is ideal for a technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working to a high standard in a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex faults on VW Group vehicles
- Conduct full servicing, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Use modern diagnostic tools and software to identify engine, gearbox, and electrical issues
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workshop environment
- Support colleagues and share knowledge with less experienced technicians
- Ensure all vehicles are safe, reliable, and customer-ready
- Reliable and experienced Vehicle Technician with strong VAG knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex vehicle faults
- Independent, motivated, and able to maintain high standards
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred; additional training and certifications supported if required
- Punctual, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship
