• Enthusiastically build and develop new client relationships through effective ongoing business development
• Ensure client files are carefully maintained with client details regularly updated where needed
• Plan, implement and execute the annual Business Plan
• Support the growth of the business, working with the director/partner group on key commercial pillars
• Work in partnership with Investment Management to develop client relationships
• Structure and lead client meetings ensuring all information and advice is accurate

• Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis (Required)
• Ability to understand and communicate advice practices and processes clearly and effectively (Required)
• A strong ethic of client and customer service (Required)
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work (Required)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Required)
• Hold a relevant level 4 qualification or above (ideally Level
  6) and maintain an up‑to‑date Statement of Professional Standing
• Experience with matrimonial, vulnerable or Personal Injury Clients advantageous
• Experience of developing new business
• Experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
