Drylining Supervisor

Position: Drylining Supervisor (Contract)
Our client has an upcoming residential project kicking off in Guildford in January and is looking for a Drylining Supervisor who can hit the ground running. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading teams on site and keeping things moving safely and smoothly.

What the role involves

Overseeing all drylining, partitions and associated internal works day-to-day.

Coordinating labour and subcontractors and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing and when.

Keeping on top of safety on site — inductions, toolbox talks, and making sure standards are met.

Working closely with the wider site team to resolve issues quickly and keep the programme on track.

Checking quality, managing snags and ensuring work is delivered to the expected standard.

Providing clear updates on progress and any challenges on site.

What we’re looking for

Experience supervising drylining works on residential projects.

Confident leading teams and managing the workflow on a busy site.

Good communication skills and a practical, proactive approach.

SMSTS and CSCS Blue Card — both essential.

Available to start in January.

What’s on offer

Six-month contract on a well-run residential scheme.

Day rate between £250 – £300 p/d, depending on experience.

Support from an established team and a project with a clear programme
