You will operate within an established Building Surveying team in Guildford, delivering a wide range of professional services across commercial, retail and industrial portfolios. The role offers autonomy, direct client exposure, hybrid working, and clear progression within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy.

This position suits an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with commercial property experience, ambition, and a desire to develop their career within a market-leading consultancy.

• Delivering technical due diligence (TDD) instructions
• Contract administration and project delivery
• Dilapidations and lease advisory services
• Defect analysis and building pathology
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Building reinstatement cost assessments
• Hybrid working from the London office

• MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
• Background in commercial or industrial property surveying
• Based in or commutable to Guildford
