During the course of our two‑year global graduate development programme our Graduate Engineers will work with our Engineering teams developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UK and overseas. Your contribution will make a positive lasting benefit to the environment and our communities.

We are seeking engineers to join our power team in our London and Guildford offices.

GHD works for a broad range of clients spanning the full asset lifecycle with a strong emphasis on sustainable practices and technologies. Your responsibilities would include delivering consultancy projects in the areas of electricity transmission and distribution networks.

• Technical advisor and due diligence roles
• Network planning and strategy, including review of Grid Codes and power system analysis (. to evaluate network development options or confirm Grid Code compliance)
• Technical advice, assessments and audits for regulators and licensed network operators
• Delivery of network innovation solutions
• Translating technical analysis into clear, decision‑ready insights for clients and regulators

You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments, gaining early exposure to how technical analysis informs real‑world decisions for network operators, regulators, and investors.
