Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Game Development Manager to join our welcoming team in Guildford. This full-time role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this Producer role, you can expect to :

• Jump enthusiastically into understanding the game's ambition, define the scope and break it down into a manageable schedule
• Work alongside the rest of the production team and the wider team and start getting a feel for what resources and assistance is required and when
• Be a central, supportive member of our small team, helping to keep everything moving forward towards the project schedule and goals
• Be deeply involved with the day-to-day project, including status tracking, flagging risks, and resolving problems
• Provide insights of the process used on the project and make recommendations
