The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments

Chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and letter

Process incoming payments and allocate them to appropriate accounts

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Prepare regular reports on aged debt and outstanding balances

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer billing issues

Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit control records

Handle administrative tasks related to credit control functions

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The successful Credit Controller will have/be:

Previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar finance role

Proficient in accounting software Sage 200
