• Lead, manage and mentor the corporate tax team in Guildford
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Deliver high quality tax advisory services to clients
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies
• Work closely with other departments to provide integrated services to clients
• Participate in business development activities to grow the tax practice
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

A successful Corporate Tax Associate Director should have :

• A professional qualification in Tax or Accounting
• Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm
• Excellent knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong business development skills
• ACA / CTA qualification
