A leading planning consultancy is seeking a Principal Planning Officer to support town centre regeneration efforts in Guildford. The role offers flexibility with remote working, while requiring attendance for key site visits. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing major applications and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is a contract for 6 months, with a competitive hourly rate of £47 to £53 inside IR35.
