• Helping teams embed Agile principles into their processes while ensuring governance and controls are in place.
• Monitoring delivery against key Agile metrics, conducting regular reviews.
• Collecting data and conducting reporting, data analysis to enable use of metrics.
• Championing Agile ways of working across IT change initiatives.
• Agile change assurance and compliance reporting.

In a nutshell, the ideal candidate has experience in governing and improving Agile delivery by defining quality standards, conducting reviews and audits, leading process improvements with measurable benefits, and influencing stakeholders across teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
