My client, a highly regarded Top 100 and Top Tier UK law firm
, is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its leading corporate team in Guildford
. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to take on high‑quality, complex work within a firm recognised for excellence, strong client relationships, and a progressive culture.

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, advising a diverse client base that includes owner‑managed businesses, high‑growth companies, and institutional clients. Your work will include:

• Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases)
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Private equity and venture capital matters
• Joint ventures and strategic collaborations
• General company law and corporate governance advice

You will work closely with highly experienced partners, have significant client exposure, and play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical ability with experience handling complex transactions
• Excellent commercial awareness and client management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while leading and supporting team members

• Competitive salary of £75,000, depending on experience
