We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a landmark residential regeneration scheme in partnership with Guildford Borough Council. The project forms part of a wider £150 million investment, transforming housing provision and community spaces at the heart of Guildford.

As Building Services Manager, you will take a central role in leading the MEP delivery across a major multi phase residential development. This is a technically demanding and highly rewarding opportunity, offering long term project security, strong local impact, and the chance to contribute to one of the most significant residential regeneration programmes in the South East.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all on site MEP delivery activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme performance

• Manage Tier 1 M and E subcontractors and coordinate closely with design, construction, and commercial teams

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of building services systems to ensure full compliance and performance

• Support value engineering, sustainability, and energy efficiency objectives aligned with the wider joint venture goals

• Act as the primary point of contact for all building services matters, liaising with internal stakeholders and client representatives

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on large scale residential or mixed use developments, ideally within a Tier 1 contractor environment

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems

• Confident managing complex MEP interfaces, coordination challenges, and stakeholder relationships

• Organised, commercially aware, and collaborative, with a hands on and delivery focused approach

• A genuine commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
