The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Proposals Manager will be responsible for overseeing the proposals function and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing proposals team

* Managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process

* Defining proposal strategies aligned to commercial objectives

* Delivering high-value bids within a fast-growing technical sector

* Working closely with directors, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop compelling, engineered solutions
