We are representing a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a landmark residential regeneration project in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, forming part of a wider £150 million investment transforming the area’s housing and community spaces.

As Building Services Manager, you will play a key role in leading the MEP delivery across a major multi‑phase residential scheme. This is a technically challenging and rewarding opportunity offering long‑term stability, strong local impact, and the chance to work on one of the South East’s most significant residential programmes.

• Leading all MEP delivery activities on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme performance.
• Managing Tier 1 M&E subcontractors and coordinating with design consultants, site, and commercial teams.
• Overseeing installation, commissioning, and handover to ensure compliance and performance.
• Supporting value engineering and sustainability objectives in line with the JV’s goals.
• Acting as the key point of contact for building services, both internally and with client representatives.

• Proven track record as a Building Services Manager on major residential or mixed‑use developments (ideally with a Tier 1 contractor).
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
• Confidence in managing complex MEP interfaces and stakeholder relationships.
• Organised, collaborative, and commercially aware with a hands‑on approach to delivery.
• Passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
