Job Description

Parts Supervisor

I am working with a Main Car Dealership in the Guildford area of Surrey who are seeking to recruit a Parts Supervisor. You must have previous experience managing a Parts team within a main dealer environment. Experience of Kerridge.

Job Role – Parts Supervisor

Salary – £35,000 basic plus £6,000 bonus

Hours, Mon – Fri 8.00 – 6.00 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 – 1.00

Parts Supervisor role:

To oversee the daily operations and all aspects of the Parts Department
To implement and review plans to increase parts turnover, whilst maintaining agreed profit margins
To provide accurate weekly forecasts on performance
To have a customer orientated approach to running the Parts department
To ensure routine processes are maintained (PPI, N / STK reports, Parts Back Order status, VOR mix report)

Additional Requirements:

To have main Dealership experience in a similar role
Experience with Kerridge
To be able to motivate and lead by example
