Job Description

We are hiring a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover in Surrey to support our existing site‑based teams. This role is term‑time only and excludes weekends, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility.

The Role
  • Salary: up to £14.75 per hour
  • Working hours:

    27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Term‑time only – 38 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
  • Ensure that our locations meet statutory and company requirements of health and safety, food safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the location and supervise teams, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans.
