Field sales position selling a manufactured range of fire doors New business development role 60% of all projects are social housing, 40% mix of education, healthcare, commercial, residential and FM companies Majority of your time selling direct into owner/ MDs of building contractors, joinery contractor/ installers Remainder of time influencing housing associations and social housing framework providers at a regional buyer, operational or compliance manager level Tasked with growing the area by £1.5m Average project size £50,000 Loads of lapsed accounts to go after as well as Glenigan leads and Zoom Info Visiting our clients depots twice per month Dealing with both new build and refurbishment projects The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager Fire Doors with Must have field sales experience with related customers;
