Join You Fibre as a Door to Door Sales Agent in Guildford. This role offers a competitive base salary of £25,000 per year plus uncapped monthly commission with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000. Business travel is paid, and we provide a £250 monthly car allowance, a £250 phone allowance or company‑issued phone, and a company iPad. Full training is provided, and we support safety with a lone‑worker app.

• Embrace door‑to‑door sales as your primary focus, championing our competitive packages day in, day out, engaging directly with residents at their homes.
• Skilfully create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
• Work closely with your line manager in specified areas to showcase the unparalleled benefits of You Fibre and its services to residents within our network.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.

• Located within a 30‑minute drive of the Guildford area.
• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Have a valid right to work in the UK.

No industry experience? No problem! Full training will be provided. This role is ideal for sales representatives, sales executives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers and others with relevant experience.

We recognise that knocking on doors can be intimidating, so we provide a lone‑worker app that updates your line manager with your location while you’re on the clock. If you exceed a pre‑set time limit at a customer’s home, the app notifies the line manager and assistance is sent ASAP.

• The app will be installed on company iPads provided to you before you go out on the field.

• You’ll have the ability to set a time limit when visiting customers’ homes. (If you exceed this time limit, it will notify your line manager and assistance will be sent ASAP!)

• £25 k – £28 k (DOE) per annum base salary.
