We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our Guildford warehouse. This role supports high‑volume eCommerce operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

• Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring goods are checked, recorded, and stored correctly.
• Verify delivery documentation against purchase orders and report discrepancies promptly.
• Efficiently allocate and place stock in designated picking areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Manage stock replenishment processes and coordinate timely deliveries to our retail store.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with minimal supervision, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior or temporary warehouse staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, ideally in eCommerce or high‑volume retail.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Forklift licence and experience operating a Flexi forklift highly desirable.
• Highly reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail in order processing and stock handling.
• Clean driver’s licence desirable.
