Location:
Guildford
Hours:
Monday to Friday flexible between 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary:
Up to £29,000

The Role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady hand behind a wide range of client enquiries. From coordinating logistics to keeping national accounts in the loop, you’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all client communication, delivering a warm, professional service every time
* Manage a high-volume phone line, responding to enquiries and meeting daily SLAs
* Keep records up to date, upload essential documentation, and resolve queries efficiently
* Support national account relationships by providing updates on orders and project timelines
* Oversee shipping and logistics coordination with internal teams
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance-related services
About You
* A natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* Meticulously organised with high attention to detail
* A collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable approach
* Previous admin or client support experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
