Group Accountant

Marks Sattin is delighted to be working with a market-leading international organisation to recruit a Group Accountant for their Leeds office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a dynamic, high-growth business with a turnover exceeding £1bn and operations in over 50 countries.

You’ll sit at the heart of the Group Finance function, delivering accurate and timely reporting across a global network. This role combines recurring month-end responsibilities with involvement in strategic projects, including the implementation of a new global consolidation system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Reviewing monthly submissions from subsidiaries and supporting Group reporting processes.
• Investigating discrepancies and driving accuracy across financial records.
• Supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to finance transformation projects

• ACA / ACCA qualified - ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 background.
• Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to multi-currency and international operations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and meeting tight deadlines.
