Senior Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our high-performance offshore team  this role, you’ll lead accounting operations, manage financial reporting cycles, and work closely with client finance leaders across the U.S. and Europe. Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and client policies
- Partner with CFOs, controllers, and auditors on reporting and reviews
- Mentor and guide junior accountants, driving performance and efficiency

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- CPA/CA/CMA/ACCA qualification required
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools like Quick Books, Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and ability to work with international teams
