Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.
Role Overview
The role focuses on lead generation, strong doctor engagement, patient counselling, and driving conversions for homecare services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for Medanta Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, post-discharge care, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and internal hospital stakeholders
Conduct patient and family counselling to explain homecare offerings and benefits
Drive closures and ensure revenue achievement as per assigned targets
Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate sales MIS, follow-ups, and reporting
Support in day-to-day sales initiatives and market expansion activities
Eligibility & Experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare sales
Preference for candidates from hospitals, homecare, medical devices, or healthcare services
Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
