Role Overview
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion development, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, data models, and integration frameworks, with the ability to design, build, and support scalable integrations with third-party applications.
Experience with RAMP software integrations is a strong plus.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical components across modules
- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Develop and customize Oracle Fusion reports using BI Publisher (RTF, XML, bursting, scheduling)
- Create and enhance OTBI analyses and dashboards
- Develop Fusion Fast Formulas, Groovy scripts, and other scripting solutions as required
- Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
- Analyze Oracle Fusion data models and perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting
- Support UAT and Production environments, including issue analysis and performance tuning
- Prepare technical design documents, mapping documents, and integration specifications
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and US-based client teams
Required Technical Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture and security concepts
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based integrations)
- Solid experience with BI Publisher (data templates, RTF templates, bursting, scheduling)
- Strong hands-on experience with OTBI reporting and dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion data structures
- Experience with scripting and coding within Oracle Fusion (Groovy, Fast Formulas, etc.)
- Understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration concepts and middleware tools
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating RAMP software with Oracle Fusion
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience working with US clients and onshore/offshore delivery models
- Knowledge of finance, HCM, or SCM modules in Oracle Fusion
- Experience with contract-based delivery environments
Contract & Compliance Requirements (US Clients)
- Must be eligible to work on C2C / W2 / 1099 (as applicable)
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions
