Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Enable as a platform specialist and develop relationships with sales team at Airtel to sell digital platforms, products and services
· Engage with large enterprise customers to understand their business objectives, technical landscapes, and requirements thereby gaining mindshare and business
· Collaborate with Airtel’s Product, Solution Architecture and Commercial teams to ensure a winnable solution is offered to customer
· Prepare product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept that showcase our platform capabilities to enterprises
· Develop sales and go to market strategy for each direct account with complete account plan
· Deliver order booking, revenue and profitability targets as per organization’s strategy
Skills and Competencies
Technical Competencies - 10 years of experience is software and solution roles; or similar experience in consulting in digital solutions space; at least 3 - 6 years building and scaling digital solutions are enterprise.
Behavioural - Competencies Creative Problem Solver;
Ability to influence key decision makers at large scale enterprise;
Creates win-win relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
Cross functional collaboration and learning Agility;
Customer Obsession and Business Acumen
