Assist with identifying and accelerating growth opportunities by showcasing EXL’s capabilities through demos, proof-of-concepts, and strategic client engagements. Provide high-touch service to clients to ensure they feel supported, informed, and valued, while mentoring and upskilling internal teams to enhance efficiency, output quality, and thought leadership.
Strategy & Innovation
- Drive innovation by identifying industry trends and integrating them into solution roadmaps
- Translate client challenges and priorities into structured problem statements and solution concepts
- Develop frameworks and governance models to ensure sustained execution of strategic initiatives
Client Advisory & Value Creation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on process optimization, decision-making, and transformation outcomes
- Communicate solution value, business impact, and implementation roadmap to senior executives
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights and recommendations
Solution Design & Collaboration
- Partner with product, analytics, and delivery teams to design differentiated value propositions
- Collaborate with existing teams to scale capabilities and embed solutions across engagements
- Ensure alignment between client needs, solution design, and delivery execution
Go-to-Market & Business Development
- Lead creation of RFP responses, pitch decks, and proposals for strategic opportunities
- Prepare go-to-market strategies aligned to EXL capabilities and market opportunities
- Support leadership with insights, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to inform growth strategy
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research to understand client priorities, unmet needs, and competitive landscape
- Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging demand across industries and accounts
Operational Excellence & Enablement
- Drive process improvements that enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
- Build repeatable assets, playbooks, and governance structures to improve execution consistency
Qualification & Desired Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institute in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM from IIMs - (0-1 Year of experience post MBA is preferred)
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Python, SQL and AI tools is a must
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to create AI based prototypes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to find solutions quickly
- Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision
- Strong Leadership skills along with Planning skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
