What the role is all about:

The Identity Governance Analyst sits in the Workforce Identity team, which sits within the broader Global Technology group, headed up by Steve Maidment.

The Workforce Identity teams’ mission is to enable REA’s strategy through application availability, security, and ease of access. We combine our extensive skills in identity management, regulatory compliance, and workforce management to drive our work forward. These skills are used to provide internal users with access to the right applications at the right time, and without compromising security, privacy, or separation of responsibilities requirements.

To do this, we develop, engineer, manage and maintain a central identity platform, integrate an extensive set of tools to the platform, and ensure that the system meets the ever-changing needs of the business.

The Workforce Identity team work closely with many teams across the business, including several teams within Global Technology, among others.

While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

Act as super user for our central identity systems by coordinating all facets of its management, including:

- Incoming business requests
- Providing technical support
- Troubleshooting issues
- Business communications
- User Access Review campaigns
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize identity and access management workflows.
- Configure and maintain identity management systems, including access controls, entitlement policies, role management, and compliance reporting.
- Help design support lifecycle management automation, self-service user access requests, targeted user access reviews and automated provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Maintain system documentation, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation for identity processes, configurations, and workflows.

Who we’re looking for:

- 5 + years proven relevant commercial experience working with identity programs, platforms (eg SailPoint), or in similar roles.
- The ability to coordinate large programs that span weeks and involve many people across the business at all levels of seniority
- Ability to manage and configure settings of a SaaS product to meet the needs of different business stakeholders
- The ability to solve complex problems, tinker with technology and possess a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute effectively across teams and with various business stakeholders.
- Motivation to learn – we are constantly learning together, mentoring each other and striving to do things better.
- Ability to present data, findings and recommendations to a high standard.

Bonus points for:

- Strong requirements gathering skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders for this purpose.
- In-depth knowledge of identity management concepts, principles, and practical use cases.
- Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, particularly SOX.
