Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Company Secretary with a strong legal background and experience working with Private Equity players & JV partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic legal guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for listed and Non listed Company of group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

- Manage and advise on corporate governance, board meetings, and shareholder meetings

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders

- Provide strategic legal guidance on Private Equity transactions and investments

- Manage and coordinate due diligence processes

- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies

- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives

Education requirement &

Experience:

- CS / LLB degree from a recognized institution

- Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong legal background

- Experience working with Private Equity players

- Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and governance

- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in a similar role in a large corporate or law firm

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
