CTC:  ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand salary between ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 + Both-side cab service in Gurugram), or more depending on relevant skills and experience

Working Days:  5 Days (Monday to Friday)

We are currently hiring for our own North America–based logistics company that is expanding its operations and sales presence. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who want hands-on exposure to the US freight brokerage and logistics market.

Position Overview
We are hiring  Carrier Relations Executive /   Dispatch Executive  to support our North American logistics operations.

Note:

Apply only if you’re comfortable working the Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate freight movement between carriers and shippers
Book loads, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure timely dispatch
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
Resolve transit issues and handle exceptions professionally
Maintain accurate load details and documentation in TMS/CRM
Communicate effectively with US-based drivers, carriers, and clients
Ensure smooth execution of daily logistics operations

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working the US night shift
Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Willingness to learn and grow in the US freight industry

Prior experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, sales, or dispatch is a plus but not mandatory.

Cab Facility:  Both-side cab service provided for employees living in Gurugram (not available for Delhi)
