This role is ideal for a mid-level to senior sales leader in medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or health-tech who:
Has led regions, teams, or large accounts
Has personally closed doctors, clinics, and hospitals
Wants to own revenue end to end instead of operating in silos
Is ready for a larger mandate and leadership visibility
This is a builder role , not a reporting-only role.
What You Will Own
End-to-end revenue and growth for Marbles Health
Sales strategy and execution across B2B, B2B2C, and clinical channels
Direct ownership of P&L, revenue targets, forecasting, and margins
Leadership of regional heads, sales managers, and field teams
Pricing, GTM strategy, partnerships, and market expansion in partnership with founders
If revenue grows, this role defines how.
If revenue does not grow, this role owns it!!
What You Will Do
Sales Leadership
Build, lead, and scale a national sales organization
Hire and mentor regional and field sales leaders
Set clear targets, incentives, and performance metrics
Review performance rigorously and course-correct fast
Revenue Growth
Drive sales with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and institutions
Personally step into key deals, difficult markets, or strategic partnerships
Ensure no opportunity is lost due to lack of senior sales presence
P&L Ownership
Own business P&L and unit economics
Drive sustainable growth with strong contribution margins
Work closely with founders and finance on forecasting and budgets
On-Ground Engagement
Be comfortable meeting doctors, clinicians, and hospital administrators
Conduct demos, explain clinical value, and build long-term trust
Act as the commercial face of Marbles Health when needed
What We Are Looking For
8 to 12 years of experience in healthcare sales or business leadership
Strong background in medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or health-tech
Proven experience selling to doctors, clinics, or hospitals
Prior exposure to P&L ownership or revenue responsibility
Experience scaling teams and consistently hitting targets
Comfort operating in fast-growing or early-stage environments
Willingness to be hands-on and field-oriented
