Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Drone Spraying - Operation Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day drone spraying operations, collaborating with teams to ensure precision and efficiency, and maintaining and operating drones for agricultural applications. The specialist will also train users, oversee scheduled projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines while providing operational support to the clients and internal team.
Qualifications
Strong Operational Management and Project Management skills to efficiently oversee and execute drone spraying tasks and related activities.
Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively interact with clients, provide training, and promote drone technology solutions.
Analytical skills to assess and address operational challenges and improve the effectiveness of drone operations.
Ability to work on-site and demonstrate a hands-on approach to handling drone technology and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, experience in the UAV industry, and familiarity with agriculture or industrial operations are preferred.
