Role Overview
We're now seeking a Head of Sales — a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who can drive revenue growth and go-to-market execution across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role is ideal for someone young, ambitious, and hands-on, with proven experience building and driving sales from 0→1 and then scaling 1→N in AI SaaS environments.
As Head of Sales, you'll own The Hire Hub .Ai's revenue engine — from pipeline generation and deal execution to partnerships, pricing strategy, and account expansion. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO and product leadership to accelerate adoption and make Hire Hub a category-defining AI SaaS platform.
This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a VP Sales, CRO, and GTM Lead until the company reaches a scale where functions split into specialized leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the company's sales roadmap across acquisition, expansion, and customer lifecycle.
Translate company vision into actionable revenue and GTM strategies.
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
Own pipeline creation, deal conversion, and revenue forecasting.
Build repeatable outbound and inbound sales engines.
Collaborate with marketing on lead quality, ICP refinement, and funnel performance.
Partnerships & Enterprise Sales
Develop partnerships with HR-tech ecosystems, ATS providers, and enterprise clients.
Lead strategic enterprise deals and long-cycle sales processes.
Product Go-to-Market
Work closely with product and growth teams to launch and scale new AI-driven offerings.
Use customer feedback and market insights to sharpen product-market fit and sales narratives.
Team & Culture
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and data-driven execution.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in sales, revenue, or GTM leadership roles, ideally in AI-first SaaS companies.
Proven track record of building and scaling revenue from 0→1 and 1→N.
Strong expertise in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise selling, partnerships, and pipeline management.
Excellent storytelling and positioning skills, with the ability to communicate the value of complex AI products simply.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, ambition, and adaptability.
