Role Overview
We are looking for a  highly driven IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales)  to sell and promote  software, hardware, and IT services  from leading global brands like  Microsoft, HP, Dell, and Lenovo .
You will engage with customers across  North America , understand their business needs, and recommend tailored technology solutions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively connect with customers via phone to understand requirements and offer suitable IT solutions
Sell, upsell, and cross-sell hardware, software, and IT services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets
Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and confidence
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence on every customer interaction

Desired

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum  1 year of experience  in sales, upselling, or cross-selling (IT/technology sales preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence with active listening abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently (typing while speaking with customers)
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Good time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Positive attitude with resilience and relationship-building ability
