Job Role:

Wintel Domain Administrator
Responsible for the operation and management of technology built on the WINTEL stack. The role is techno functional, requiring a deep understanding of business applications running on Windows platforms. The primary objective is to ensure availability and fulfillment of operational KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Windows server environment.
Oversee the complete technology stack related to WINTEL systems.
Plan and execute system and server upgrades.
Assess the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Ensure compliance with monthly operational KPIs.
Manage incidents and perform timely root cause analysis.
Adhere strictly to organizational policies and procedures.
Technical

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Microsoft IIS server administration expertise.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Intra

ID administration.
Microsoft Exchange administration skills.
Familiarity with Windows authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
VMware administration experience.
Skills in Citrix and VMware VDI environments.
Ability to integrate Windows environments with other platforms.
Strong incident and operations management capabilities.
Educational

Qualification:

B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ITIL Foundation
Microsoft Windows Certification
Microsoft Office 365 Administration Certification
