This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

What You'll Do       Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance

Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders

Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations

Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals

Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

Success Metrics
Revenue and pipeline targets

AI & Voice Bot deal contribution

Retention & stakeholder mapping

Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy

What We're Looking For
7+ years of B2B sales experience in US(SaaS, platforms, or managed services)

Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS solutions

Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills

Who Will Succeed
