Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Thermal Printer Support Engineer position, located in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support for thermal printers, handling print production tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of printing equipment. Additional responsibilities include managing printing operations, maintaining efficiency and quality standards, and assisting with installation and configuration processes.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Printer Support and troubleshooting of thermal printers.
Proficiency in Print Production and Printing processes.
Knowledge of Bindery and Inkjet technologies is preferred.
Strong technical and diagnostic skills related to printer hardware and software.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in an on-site environment.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant technical field is a plus.
