Job Description –Senior Engineer White body

Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NPD engineers, quality engineers, and production personnel, to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products
Lead and participate in process improvement projects to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology, processes, and industry best practices, and implement relevant changes to improve manufacturing processes
Maintain and drive strong Safety culture within the team and ensure Safe and Healthy work environment for all associates.
Establish Daily, Weekly and Monthly Objectives for the team, communicate and drive accountable to the results
People management
- Supervision of his area to ensure the targets for Safety – Quality – Delivery – Cost.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality materials and components and resolve any supplier-related issues that may affect production.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the manufacturing process.

Required Skills:

Experience implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines
Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, POKA- YOKE is preferable.
Multiskilling in manufacturing process.
